1st Annual NYC Conference: Digital Leadership

The greatest challenge districts face in transitioning to 21C learning environments is how to effectively achieve buy-in from educators. How should leaders approach this transformation and help teachers build new instructional skills? This session will explore characteristics of effective professional development focusing on sustainability and culture for 21st century learning. 

School and instructional leaders will learn keys of how to drive 21C learning transformation in their school buildings specifically in the areas of modeling student-centered learning, implementing effective professional development, and supporting mindset and culture shifts. Teachers will learn key aspects of 21C learning practices and skills in becoming agents of their own professional development.
